Shipping policy

  • ’Oversized' Items  - Any item which is longer than 105 cm - cannot be delivered by regular couriers, and will incur an additional location-dependent delivery charge. Once we've received your order you will be contacted with confirmation of this cost and to arrange a delivery date.
  • Sales Taxes - We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
  • Permission to Return and to Receive Credit - We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: You cannot cancel bespoke canvas orders after they've gone through, as each one is made to size for every customer.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise - We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
  • Please allow an extra 7 - 14 days for the delivery of bespoke canvases. To avoid unnecessary delays with any art supplies you wish to purchase we advise that these are ordered separately.
